Landscape Account Manager

• Minimum of 3-years experience in landscape maintenance, including irrigation and plant knowledge and direct management of both Supervisors and multiple crews.
• Responsibilities include overseeing Supervisors, policies and procedures adherence, bidding and selling extra work to clients, customer service and control quality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
• A California driver's license and clean DMV driving record are mandatory.
• Familiarity with the East and South Bay areas a plus.

Construction Crew Leader

• Minimum of 3-years experience doing concrete work, fencing, retaining walls and plant installs.
• A California driver's license and clean DMV driving record are mandatory.
• Familiarity with the East and South Bay areas a plus.

Irrigation Technician

• Minimum of 2-years irrigation experience.
• A California driver's license and clean DMV driving record are mandatory.
• Familiarity with the East and South Bay areas a plus

Facilities Manager / Mechanic

• Primary responsibility will be repair and maintenance for the company’s small block landscape maintenance equipment
• Equipment allocation
• Equipment/ truck inspections
• Chemical inventory/ monitoring
• Nursery and material pick-up
• Yard and Shop clean-up/ organization
• 5 years experience in small block repair work for a Landscape company Knowledge of vehicle engines/ repairs and maintenance helpful
  Training certifications required
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Tuesday - Saturday work week
• Good communication skills required
• Clean DMV record
